Summer Tortellini Salad
Cheese Tortellini
Red onion (sliced)
Red Pepper (chopped)
Green olive (chopped)
Cucumber(halved and sliced)
Tomato( De-seeded and chopped)
Peppercini de-seeded and chopped)
Feta(crumbled)
French Break ( cubed into crouton)
Prosciutto(rolled and sliced)
Grated Parm

I’ve never fried prosciutto but after researching it I noticed that often people start with a HOT pan with a drizzle of oil. I stacked all the slices on top of one another, rolled long ways, drizzled with EVOO, cracked a little pepper on top, and threw them into the pan. It felt like it took forever to fry up and turned a weird grayish colored before crisping up. Once crisp I removed from heat and set drain. I returned the pan to the burner added more EVOO , S & P and placed the cubed bread into the pan—tossed and let cook away.
